Process Development

Met-Chem's team of process and metallurgical experts work with clients to identify the process requirements of the intended product and determine the equipment to achieve this goal. Our experts evaluate research and pilot plant data prior to flowsheet development and selection of process equipment. They work closely with plant, construction and operating specialists to minimise costs and ensure plant operability.

From these flowsheets, proper equipment can be identified and sized, plant layouts prepared and plant costs can be estimated. Particular attention is given to process and plant design to achieve the desired product at a desired cost.
