Flowsheet Development and Plant Design
Flowsheet development is generally implemented on the basis of bench scale test results, further verified through pilot scale testing, and finally with the performance of a full scale plant test work. During flowsheet development, depending on the ore and product characteristics, mineral processing tests are assigned for designing and developing the optimum processing method.
Due to changes in raw material specifications, metal prices and environment restrictions, in some cases existing flowsheets need to be revised in order to provide the most efficient and economical method of processing through the life of the mine.
Met-Chem has proven experience in the development of optimum process flowsheets for complex ores, which has provided an optimum grade and recovery for various operations. Our primary mission in flowsheet development is to specify the most cost effective process with minimum energy consumption and environmental impact.
Met-Chem's team of process experts combine their many years of practical experience with today state-of- the-art proven mineral processing equipment technology, in designing process plants, which meet client's requirements at the highest level of efficiency and quality.
