Environmental Impact Assessment

Whether for mining, mineral processing or steel-making projects, Met-Chem's team is capable of putting together environmental reports ranging from screening level assessments to comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for Government approvals.

Over the years, Met-Chem has developed an expertise in conducting EIAs for industrial type projects in developing countries and transitional economies. Whenever possible, Met-Chem teams up with local environmental expertise for baseline data fieldwork.

Besides the numerous EIAs for greenfield projects, Met-Chem has conducted EIAs for brownfield projects where a thorough review and analysis of the existing operations were required.
