Structural Steel
Met-Chem has carried out a wide variety of heavy industrial projects in Canada and overseas which have included feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments, detailed design of equipment supports and foundations, structures, bridges, marine structures, docks and associated building and storage facilities. Met-Chem's design philosophy is based on using state-of-the-art computer design techniques in support of sound experience and conventional design. - Various mine facilities such as mine dispatch buildings, explosives magazines, shops, warehouses, A-frame storage facilities;

Met-Chem has used innovative design techniques on a variety of applications such as the use of fiberglass as a cost-effective alternative to a steel conveyor gallery frame in a corrosive seaside environment.
