Met-Chem's engineering group experience includes installation, commissioning and operations maintenance in addition to design experience. This ensures the client of:

- Review the process requirements and recommend an appropriate level of automation;

- Provide functional specification. This document specifies, in detail, the design requirements for the operator interface and the programming / logic design;
- Design the operator panel layout or program the operator interface based on the functional specification requirements;
- Program the control software based on the functional specification requirements;
- Stage the automation system hardware for hardware testing and process simulation check out.
In addition to design services, Met-Chem can provide experts to audit existing operations to solve operating and maintenance problems with existing instrumentation and to recommend the requirements for modernisation/rehabilitation programs.
