Subbiah Srinivasan, Eng.
President and General Manager
Mr. Srinivasan serves as President and General Manager since September 2006.
His professional career spans over 30 years' experience in all aspects of
project development, management and execution of mining, mineral treatment,
mineral processing, iron ore, steelmaking and metallurgical projects around
the world. He joined Met-Chem in 1976 as a specification engineer and a
year later, he was promoted to Chief Engineer-Planning, Scheduling and
Specification. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Srinivasan
held several leadership positions at Met-Chem, including Vice-President,
General Manager and Managing Director, with overall responsibility for
sales, management and execution of all Met-Chem projects.

Guy Noiseux, Eng.
General Manager, Corporate Development
Mr. Noiseux brings more than 33 years of multidisciplinary engineering experience
with his last 20 years spent in the engineering consultancy. Trained as a
professional mechanical engineer, he has held senior positions in business
development, project development, project management, project engineering,
operations and maintenance and quality management systems. Prior to joining
Met-Chem, Mr. Noiseux has successfully led project teams for companies in
the engineering, construction, mining, pulp and paper industries and power
plants. He has participated in the development of a number of industrial
projects covering the Canada, United States and Northern Africa countries,
among others. He is currently responsible for leading the company's
strategies to strengthen relationships with existing clients, developing
significant new business opportunities, and overseeing marketing
initiatives and contract negotiations.

Yves Cloutier, Eng.
General Manager, Technology and Operation
Mr. Cloutier brings more than 35 years of varied mining industry experience to Met-Chem,
ranging from consultant to senior management positions. During his career, he has
completed several worldwide engineering projects serving as project sponsor and
project manager leading multi-million dollar EPCM and turnkey contracts. He
has gained operational experience in mine management and project development
in a variety of commodities including Precious Metals, Base metals, Iron Ore
and Industrial Minerals. In his current position, he is responsible for
management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, including
engineering and design, mining and geology and process engineering.
Mr. Cloutier is also ultimately responsible for all projects executed
at Met-Chem.

Fernand Proulx
Director, Administration and Human Resources
Mr. Proulx has over 35 years of experience with Met-Chem. His experience extends to
the early 1970's when he led the Labour Relation department on both, the Mount-Wright
Concentrator and the Port -Cartier pellet plant, projects. Since then, he has held
various senior positions within the Sales, Human Resources and Administration
departments developing relationships within the engineering industry as well
as with clients. In this current position, he is responsible for development
and application of corporate policies and Human Resources functions including
employee relations and retention, policy development, performance management,
training and development. Mr. Proulx is also in charge of the Information
Technology department and Staff Services. His overall experience in the
engineering industry makes him a valuable asset to Met-Chem.

Michel Bérubé, CPA, CA.
Controller & Assistant-Treasurer
Mr. Bérubé, a chartered accountant, is responsible for directing and coordinating
financial planning and budgeting operations as well as monitoring and reporting
the overall company's financial performance. He is an accomplished financial
executive who brings more than 11 years of multidisciplinary and international
experience in both, large and medium-range companies. Prior to Met-Chem, he
served in several senior positions mainly as a controller for private services
companies as well as a senior staff accountant, audit & advisory for Deloitte.
Mr. Berube holds a bachelor's degree from Laval University in Quebec City and
a graduate in Public Accountancy from HEC in Montreal. He is a member of the
Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and of the Ordre des comptables professionnels
agréés du Québec.

Daniel Gagnon, Eng.
General Manager- Mining Group
Mr. Gagnon is a senior mining engineer with over 15 years of management, operations
and technical experience in the mining industry. His extensive expertise includes
a significant number of feasibility studies, mine planning projects and technical
assistance to operations, in a variety of commodities, including gold, base metals,
iron ore, coal and industrial minerals. He is currently leading the Mining Group
overseeing geology, mining engineering and environment projects. In addition to
coaching the mining department and reviewing the technical work produced for
various clients. Mr. Gagnon also participates as project manager and senior
mining roles in a number of projects. Before assuming his current position,
he served as Business Development Manager at Met-Chem. He holds a bachelor's
degree in Mining Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal
in Quebec and a current member of the "Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec".

Stéphane Rivard, Eng.
General Manager- Mineral Processing
Mr. Rivard is currently leading the Metallurgy and Mineral Processing department
as well as participating as a project manager and senior metallurgical engineer
in a number of projects. He brings over 16 years of international experience
within the mining and metallurgy industries holding positions from metallurgist,
process engineer, senior metallurgist, Black Belt (Six Sigma) to most recently
as a principal engineer and as engineering manager for numerous projects. He
has solid experience in crushing, grinding, flotation, thickening and filtration
as well as magnetic separation techniques and in hydrometallurgy. Prior to joining
Met-Chem, he worked in a variety of domestic and international projects for
consulting engineering firms and mining operations. Mr. Rivard holds a Bachelors'
degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Laval
and a current member of the "Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec".

Claude Laperriere, Eng., M. Sc.
Manager, Engineering
Mr. Laperrière is a senior engineer with over 35 years of experience overseeing
operations and engineering in the mining, consulting and pulp and paper fields.
He has strong skill set in business development, project management/execution
and quality systems. He has participated in several studies and projects
from conceptual through detailed engineering, supervision and start-ups.
He has worked on successful domestic and international projects holding
various positions including project manager, mechanical project manager,
senior process specialist, divisional manager, and quality ISO system,
among others. Mr. Laperrière holds both, a bachelors degree in chemical
engineering and a master degree in project management.
